Warren Ellis teases on Apparat 2

Warren Ellis seems to have revealed a little bit more on the upcoming sequel to his Apparat experiment in a recent posting on his Bad Signal mailing list.
The detailed and insightful post went into the idea of television genres (or at least some) working within the comic medium in the past and whether or not the idea could be of some use again in the future. At the end, he simply closed with:
"And therefore: no, Apparat 2 is not about second issues of the Apparat 1 books."
So is this second set of "imaginary comics" to come out of Avatar and the head of Ellis going to attempt to prove the points he's made in this recent analysis of "tv comics" then? Take his teasing statement for whatever it's worth to you.
I'm banking on yes, and I think it could be quite interesting. Granted, I'm somewhat biased here, as Ellis' first Apparat experiment got me excited about his work in a way I hadn't been in a while. It was good stuff, so I'm all over another shot at it.
Apparat 2 is currently expected for the latter half of 2005.
