Pixar's Spirit

In a time.com article about possible projects from Pixar, Will Eisner's Spirit is mentioned.

Little is known of future projects, but Incredibles auteur Brad Bird has long wanted to direct a noir-style film, possibly based on Will Eisner's comic The Spirit.

It's too early to tell if it's going to become a reality, but I'd really love to see this project get made.
