What is life?
Over at the Newsarama boards, some of the posters reveal the truth about their lives. Read on:
I get to work between 6AM and 6:30, sign in, then wait for jobs to come in. Most of the guys I'm now working with are ex-cons and convicted felons so my co-workers aren't a dull bunch. So far, I've dug ditches, moved earth, broke down bleachers, helped unload an 18-wheeler filled with boxes and picked up garbage. The supervisor at the jobsite signs my paperwork, I take it back to the office and am paid the same day. All jobs are minimum wage and all my money in the past few wks has been going toward rent. If I leave for a job around 7:30 or 8AM, I'm usually back at the office by 5:30PM, then onto home between 6:30 and 7PM. I'll take a nap, then it's off to a 12 step mtg and back home to take my last dose of HIV meds before going to bed.

When I'm in Tofield, I've been getting up rather late(around 4) cause I've been staying up till nearly dawn every night. Although, today I got up early and have strep throat now. Blech. I laze about and go online for most of the day and try to sort things from the garage if it's nice. We're trying to clear out a bunch of our old junk and have a garage sale. It's a lot of work sorting everything.

Start working around 6:45. At work i get screamed and yelled at all day by people who don't pay their credit cards. I make enough money doing it, but barely enough. I get your typical 2 15 min breaks, and a half hour lunch. Wish every day they hadn't sent my old job in tech support off to India, cause money wise and job wise this job i have now blows.
