Amazon looks into Marvel's future (?)

Newsarama has the latest from the Amazon.com product database, which includes some hints about some upcoming Marvel products.

As Matt warns, take this snippet with a grain of salt:

- Rounding out November is a “Warbird/Ms. Marvel TPB”, listed only as 144 pages.

- Moving into October ’06, you can find something called “The Cat TPB”, again, listed only as 144 pages.

In the "take this for what it's worth" category. "The Cat" is the original superhero name of Patsy Walker, who would later become better known to Marvel fans as "Hellcat".

Hellcat was recently identified at Marvel's Comic-Con International "Cup 'O Joe" panel as a character that Director of Sales David Gabriel wanted to see come back and that some "Hellcat" scripts and proposals were floating around the Marvel offices.

- Also in October is the 120-page “X-Men: The 198 TPB”, and the 120-page “Wonder Man: My Fair Super-Villain TPB”.

Marvel does “Pygmalion”? We’ll see…

- Along with a “Moon Knight TPB” in September ’06, comes “Last Hero Standing II TPB” and the 144-page “X-23: Ronin TPB”.
