Batman Begins, Sin City take Saturn Awards

The Saturn Awards, given by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films, honored Batman begins with three awards yesterday. The dark knight took home trophies for best fantasy film; best actor, Christian Bale; and best writing, director Christopher Nola and David S. Goyer.

Sin City took home two awards, Best Action/Adventure/Thriller Film and Best Supporting Actor, Mickey Rourke.

The Saturn Awards, which recognize both television and cinema, also gave various awards to King Kong, Star Wars III, Battlestar Galactica, Lost, Veronica Mars and F/X guru Ray Harryhausen.
