Sam & Max return to comics

... web comics, that is. Telltale Games, the company bringing comic fans games based on Sam & Max as well as Bone, is featuring a Sam & Max comic on their website.

So far two pages have appeared, showing the comic duo literally rising from the grave. Per GameIndustry.com, Steve Purcell is writing and painting the comics, which are the first new editions of the Sam & Max series since the late 1990s.

"I love drawing and writing, but inking makes me crazy. So I'm employing a sketchy paint style that I like, based off of a lot of the concept work I've been doing in the past few years."
