Kent Williams' Kokoro

Suicidegirls has a new interview with Kent Williams, the artist for the comic book adaptation of The Fountain. In addition to discussing his past work, Williams mentions another project in the works named Kokoro.

Basically it's an adoption story. It is wrapped around the life of this American couple who want to have a child. The story takes place primarily in Venice. To tell a little more, there’s a certain amount of Japanese mythology and lore wrapped into the story in a surreal type way. I workshopped it at The Sundance Institute so it will be a screenplay as well as a graphic novel.
