Exile in Comicville

PopCultureShock.com has a pretty nice preview of Mizuki Sakakibara's interiors for Exiles #58. The art looks nice, but I ran this post as more of an avenue for discussion. First, is Exiles still any good? I was able to read most of the series this summer (bless the Wizard library as disorganized as it is), but haven't kept up on it since. Second, what are your thoughts on books like this that jump around different continuities and such? Personally, I like them, whether they're ongoing books like this, or storylines in other books (like Loeb and Pacheco's Superman/Batman stuff). What are your thoughts?
