China's People's Daily reports that two men from Hong Kong have been sentenced to prison terms of four and six months for setting up a website to sell pirated Japanese cartoon DVDs. This is the toughest sentences handed down so far for selling bootleg DVDs online, the newspaper says.

There have been 45 convictions in China for Internet piracy since 2000.

Season 2 of The Batman and Teen Titans on DVD
Warner Home Video has announced the Sept. 26 release of The Batman: The Complete Second Season and Teen Titans: The Complete Second Season DVDs.

The two-disc Batman set includes 13 episodes, plus a featurette called "Catching Up with ... The Batman: Inside Season 2."

The two-disc Teen Titans set features 13 episodes from the series' Terra-centric second season. Extras include the “Catching Up with ... Teen Titans” featurette.

Each set will retail for $19.98.
