Vote in the Connies

Ballots are currently being accepted for the Fourth Annual Convention Awards, presented by comicbookconventions.com. From the press release:

The Convention Awards, or "Connies," salutes the best that comic book conventions have to offer. "We're rolling right along on our 4th year now," said Brian Pate, owner and webmaster for Comic Book Conventions.com. "Looking at the ballots cast so far, we may have some surprising winners this year." Once again, Pate went looking for an artist to do this year's Connie, the Convention Awards mascot, justice and found him in Joe Pekar (http://www.joepekar.com). "I found Joe's website and just knew he would turn in an awesome Connie, and he did not disappoint," Pate said.
