Worst Newspaper Comic Book Article Ever!

Phil and Brendan Boyle run a parallel universe where gamers, artists, writers and those who just like large statues of Wonder Woman can all commune.

I'm guessing the Boyle brothers are happy with any coverage "the largest comics chain in the Southeast" may get, but just as I had recovered from wincing at the above intro penned by Orlando Sentinel's Nancy Imperiale (a girl in the comic book store! Zoinks!) she dipped into the 1960s Batman TV series sound effect drawer with "ZAP! POW! BOOM!"

Oh wait, I have to wonder if she even set foot in the store, seeing as she quotes one of the brothers via his "e-mail".

Fortunately, though, it's clear she visited a location, given that she notes one of the stores is in "the kind of neighborhood where you lock your car doors by instinct".

Read it and weep...with tears of laughter.

Seriously though, one has to wonder how much the editor of this piece actually read it.
