Ok, it's not so much the extra pages of art from Jim Lee that I mind, it's the fact that those pretty pages of art will be accompanied by eight pages of dull story.

And to add to that, DC is doing it with the last issue of this bloated storyline. To know the whole story, you have to pay an extra $.49 for an issue that only has the saving grace of Jim Lee's art even for $2.50 an issue in the first place.

Officially, DC screwed the pooch with this storyarc and with this creative team.

And I was so looking forward to a positively memorable Superman run by Lee and Azzarello...
