Teenage Wasteland?

Invincible is Image's highest profile book at the moment, and Robert Kirkman talked to Team Newsarama about the pitfalls of making a successful book in today's market, along with upcoming plans for Mark Grayson and his own endeavors with Marvel.

I think I'd enjoy working on this book for ten years. I find no greater joy in comics than getting to stick with a character and watch them change and grow. I'm working on the 23rd issue of Invincible... that's a lot of books. Every time I get a copy of a new issue I put it on the back of my stack of Invincible comics and I admire how thick the stack has gotten. Then I hug and kiss the stack -- because I love this book.

Invincible is a great comic, one of the few teen books on the market today where the teens look and act as they should. With a whole bunch of those sexy teens starring in their own sexy books (Robin, Teen Titans, Young Avengers, Livewires, New X-Men, Legion of Super-Heroes and probably a whole bunch more that I forgot), which teen books speak to you? I'm a barely-legal 19 year old, and some of our posters aren't much older. With that in mind, are these kids relatable, heroic or relevant? And for older folks, do you hate these sexy teens? Does their lousy taste in music and pants make you wish for the 1980's?
