Justice For All
Comics Continuum announced that the Dec. 18th episode of Cartoon Network's "Justice League Unlimited" will be written by Bruce Timm and Dwayne McDuffie. It's called "Wake the Dead" and features Solomon Grundy (voiced by McDuffie), Hawkgirl, Dr. Fate, Inza, Aquaman, Vixen and Amazo. Follow the link for all the details.
I have to say that "JLU" is the best comic-related cartoon since "Savage Dragon." Just kidding. It does rank up there with the original X-Men and Batman cartoons, and I think surpasses them. The first episode was like a fan boy dream. We got glimpses of everyone from The Question to the JSA, including Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. If you're a DC fan and not watching this cartoon, which airs Saturday nights at 8:30PM, then check it out. In a world full of poor renditions of our favorite characters it's good to see that someone's doing them justice. Heh, justice.

As a father spending this evening watching Vol 1 of Batman: The Animated Series with his five year old son, let me second your take on JLU. Colin (my son) is also digging the JLU comic, which I read to him at bedtime (along with other books and comic books).
