Captain Dan

Captain America & The Falcon writer Priest has announced on his blog that former Captain America writer/artist Dan Jurgens will be penciling an arc on the book, titled "American Psycho."

Here's what Priest sez:

You Heard It Here First
The new artist for the AMERICAN PSYCHO arc beginning in CAF #13 will be Dan Jurgens. Cap is forced to make a touch choice regarding his partnership with the Falcon, which in turn leads to Falcon going after the increasingly unstable and murderous Anti-Cap, Falcon attempting to put the genie back in the bottle before it's too late.
I'm TOTALLY jazzed about working with Dan, even on this limited basis. It is our first job since a DAREDEVIL we did together when I was Jim Owsley and he was Dan Who.

I think this is great news. Jurgens is just a solid artist. He's not as flashy as say, Cassaday or Hitch, but he hits all the right marks and does it on time, which is a rarity these days. I wouldn't mind seeing Jurgens as the regular Cap/Falcon artist.
