Marching to Marz

Wizard's Zach Harrison shoots five questions at Ron Marz. Be afraid. Zach is an avowed Green Lantern fan. And worst of all? He loves Kyle Rayner. Click on the headline for more.

Marz also had some interesting parting words about his time at CrossGen. Marz, on how he looks back on his CG time:

Ultimately, without regret, because life's too short. When I initially took the job, my wife and I felt like it was worth taking a chance to do something different, to live somewhere else. If it didn't work out, or we didn’t‚t like it, we'd just move back home. Five years later, that's what, we're doing. But we had our adventure. We got to live near the ocean, have some great winters without snow and ice, and made a lot of friends. That's the most important thing that's come out of it -- the relationships that were forged. I probably would've never met Luke Ross if not for CrossGen, or Jason Keith and Dave Lanphear, who are coloring and lettering Samurai. How can you complain when you get to work with Jim Cheung, Greg Land, Bart Sears and Brandon Peterson? I don't like being left holding the bag financially, and I sure as hell don't like being lied to. A lot of people were hurt by what went on down here, and frankly the industry as a whole took a hit as well. But the handful of people who did the lying, who turned out to be exact opposite of what they represented themselves to be, have to get up every morning, look in the mirror, and be ashamed at what they see.

A classy comment from a classy guy.
