Priest talks about Cap/Falcon's fate
On his weblog, writer Priest "explains" the status of Captain America and The Falcon. Apparently, the book isn't cancelled, but because of Ed Brubaker's new role as writer on the main Captain America title, the Star-Spangled Avenger won't be in CAF any longer. Hm. Ok, so is that a new book, presumably a solo Falcon book? Priest's discussion, which you can read if you click on the headline, is a bit vague. Apparently, the plan was for Priest and former CAF artist Joe Bennett to spin the book into Falcon, but with Bennett going DC-exclusive, those plans were thrown for a loop. So, in short: CAF will continue in some form, but the rest is up in the air.
