SPACE: 'There's a nice vibe to it'

The Lantern, Ohio State University's student newspaper, previews this weekend's Small Press and Alternate Comics Expo by talking with creators Alex Robinson (Box Office Poison, Tricked) and Andy Runton (Owly).

"There's a nice vibe to it," Robinson, who's a regular SPACE attendee, told the newspaper. "There's a lot of creators hanging out. For a lot of people, this is the only chance to see stuff most (comic book) stores might not carry."

Organizer Bob Corby said this year's event, held tomorrow at the Aladdin Shrine Complex in Columbus, Ohio, will be the biggest SPACE yet. All 144 exhibitor tables have been sold.
