New Aquaman

Sci-Fi Wire is reporting that the CW network has replaced its lead actor for the upcoming Aquaman television pilot. The previously announced Will Toale has been replaced by soap opera veteran, Justin Hartley.

The change is casting appears to be a result of the changes caused by the upcoming merger of the UPN and WB networks. The changes allowed for the pilot to go ahead, but caused a reevaluation of who would get to play Aquaman.
