Heidi: What's the deal?

Heidi poses an interesting question about The New Comic Book Galaxy:

The newly revamped Comic Book Galaxy continues to thrum along, with lots of no holds barred reviews and columns. We can't help but wonder once again, though, 25 contributors, including about 60% of the blogosphere, and not one non-male among them? Now this might not be intentional -- The Beat once tried to recruit comics-friendly women for another blogging project and got zippo interest. But it is kind of interesting. Is Sequential Tart becoming a women's ghetto of another kind? Come on, girls, make some noise.
