Over at Suicide Girls there's an interview with Matthew Vaughn the director for the next X-Men movie. The interview focuses on the release of his first movie, Layer Cake, how he went from producing to directing, working on an adaptation of Neil Gaiman's Stardust, and the X-Men. Here's part of his take on the Marvel franchise.

Yeah, there is some stupid shit in X-Men. I've been looking at some stuff like the Dark Phoenix story, I've been looking at that a lot and bits of it are great but bits of it you're like ugh.
