Just a tracer? (en Español)

Check out the discussion board (en Ingles) on Millarworld and judge for yourself; but it appears Marvel may have failed to cover their Photoshopping footprints on this Magneto image done up for this summer's House of M. Obviously, the First Family of Spain isn't entirely flattered by this situation, and it should be interesting to see if there's any type of legal follow-up to this discovery.

I also took the liberty of Babelfishing some key segments of this article (further edited at my own discression just in case you don't hablas:

The king of the evildoers wears uniforms similar to those of Juan Carlos I, King of Spain. At least that's what American comics publishing house Marvel, who dress their X-character just like our monarch. (You may now proceed to attack my translation efficiency.)

The legal services of the House of the King, published an announcement in periodical "The Vanguard," confirmed by a spokesman of the Palace of the Zarzuela, they are not satisfied with the image and are looking into the possibility of having Marvel retire it from their website and the comics it would appear in.

The Spain Herald also ran a shorter piece (also en Ingles) on this two days earlier.

Marvel chose a photograph of Spain's King, Juan Carlos, as the model for Magneto, an arch-villain in the X-Men comic. The amazing similarity between Magneto and the King of Spain will be seen this summer on the cover of one of the volumes of the collection "The Pulse", drawn by Mike Mayhem. Magneto, one of the X-Men's classic enemies, can be seen dressed as the King, with a red band crossing his bemedalled chest, as in the official photographs of Juan Carlos. The drawing is so detailed that it can be seen that the two are wearing the same ring.
